Why Deep Tissue Massage Rocks





I just got an hour long deep tissue message and I get these once a month. If you workout (I crossfit and run), have a high pressure job, experience lots of stress or life just plain sucks then go get one. I have a rotator cup injury in my shoulder that causes consistent pain and knots in my shoulders, plus a high stress job so these massages totally help me out. And once you are done you feel dumb like your mind has been erased. LOL bit.ly/NOwcAT
