How do you prepare before you get up on stage in front of a large crowd?

I had to give a talk at the Vision Leadership Conference about an Economic Update. This mad me really stinking nevous. LOL. I don't usually have to get up in front of hunderds of people. I just usually make blog posts, videos for you tube, tweets, etc. I just wanted to ask what do you do to prepare before you go up on stage for a talk in front of a large audience. bit.ly/M55S3e
