The real property disclosure statement or Form 17 in Washington State NWMLS is used and how to know when the home seller is required to fill one out. The home seller disclosure statement is to used in transfers of improved residential real property, including residential dwellings up to four units, new construction, condominiums not subject to a public offering statement, certain timeshares, and manufactured and mobile homes.
